another hard game...

Well they played the Minnesota Elite 16 Black team (they differentiate because there is also a Minnesota Elite 16 White team) It wasa tough game to say the least. 0-0 after the first with us getting 3 penalties and they got 1. The second period they scored one goal and we had one penalty against their two penalties. The third period they scored again and we pulled our goalie, unfortunately this brought another goal from them. We had three penalties this period to their none. All and all a well played game considering they were quite a bit bigger than we were...as an example they had one guy that was 6'4" and 210!!!!! Another game tomorrow....

They won the first game by the magic score of 5-1 after flying all night! They are playing right now and they are currently tied 2-2!!!! They sound like incredible games, I wish I could be there to cheer him on in person...but I know you are all with me cheering him on in spirit! Go Lions!!!! Go Teko!!!! :)

Ok final score they lost 3-2... :( oh well...they have four more to go!!!!
